How to Use Lotion Balm

• Scoop a small amount
  Use your fingertip or a small spatula to take a pea-sized amount. Balm is concentrated, so you don’t need much.

• Warm it in your hands
  Rub it between your palms for a few seconds. The heat from your hands will soften the balm, making it easier to spread.

• Apply to skin
  Gently massage it into dry areas, such as:

  • Hands

  • Elbows

  • Feet

  • Knees

  • Cuticles

  • Any patch of dry, irritated, or rough skin

• Let it absorb
  Balms create a nourishing layer that locks in moisture. Give it a minute to soak in—no need to rinse.

• Use as needed
  Apply daily, especially after washing your hands or showering, when your skin can absorb moisture best.
